All EviDenS de Beauté skincare rituals are created in the exceptional 16th century Renaissance castle. This French-Japanese luxury cosmetics brand was founded by the owner of the estate, Charles Edouard Barthes.

The treatments are inspired by Japanese beauty ceremonies, as well as influenced by this magnificent domain, which is steeped in more than 500 years of history and perfectly reflects the brand’s French refinement.

 

CHARLES-EDOUARD BARTHES & SAINT PAUL DE VENCE

Charles Edouard Barthes, who has a very special bond with this region, fell in love with the Château de Montfort on his first visit. Born in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, he grew up near the castle and its grounds.

 

It was this bond that he wished to transmit through EviDenS de Beauté:

 

  • La Foux spring water, the iconic ingredient used in all formulas, flows through Vence and comes directly from the Alps, which surround this exceptional landscape.
  • The fragrances that give the products their delicate scent are created in Grasse, the capital of French perfumery. Leaving a subtle Mediterranean touch on the skin, the olfactory signature evokes a delicate bouquet of rose, jasmine and tuberose.
  • The brand truly embodies the quintessential French art of living. Aiming at transforming skincare rituals into a genuine ceremony and moment of absolute pleasure, EviDenS de Beauté focuses on French hedonism, which has been the brand’s key value from the very beginning. This authentic quest for well-being is expressed through the five senses, in each of the brand's products: ultra-sensory textures, addictive fragrances and unique packaging in a luxurious emblematic “Indian ink” blue box.
